Thanks to our intrepid network of newshounds, Excess Hollywood has obtained scintillating new photos of Angel and Spike having sex!

The pictures appear to discredit Angel's statement that he and Spike are not an item.

While only Angel's face is visible, the photographer who snapped the picture confirms the identity of Angel's partner.

"It was Spike, I'm 100 percent sure of it," says the freelancer, who was hired by mistletoe54 Magazine. "I got a good look through my telephoto lens and I saw them both, up close and personal."

Sadly, the photographer was chased off the premises before he could get more than one photo.

The picture shows Angel's face in what appears to be the ecstasy of passion. "Or it could be the agony of torture," says the photographer. "There's something that looks like fire next to Angel's face, but maybe it's just bad lighting."

It's rumored that torture is a standard part of the couple's sexual repertoire, so "with those two, it could go either way."
